Afrimosa and sycamore small table

This beautiful hand-crafted piece of furniture is made from African Afrimosa hardwood timber and Irish sycamore, hand finished and treated with natural oils to highlight the wood and its pattern. Afrimosa is very durable and strong with deep, dark waney grains in its pattern. The joinery and cabinet work incorporate morticed tusk tenons and sycamore inlaid butterfly dovetails, adding depth and intrigue. Both warm and light, beautiful and practical, it will greatly enrich its environment.
